Job Description

We seek a passionate and energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our senior advocacy organization. In this role, you will promote our mission, build relationships, and enhance our public image through various outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Our Mission: Advocate for our organization's mission and values in community events, social media, and public engagements. Communicate our goals and impact effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders. Foster connections that support our advocacy efforts and expand our network.
  • Represent at Events: Attend and represent our organization at events, conferences, and public appearances. Engage with attendees, provide information, and generate interest in our initiatives.
  • Create Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of our organization and its programs. Utilize social media, local media, and other platforms to spread our message.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align outreach activities with our overall strategy. Provide feedback and insights to improve brand messaging.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect and report feedback from the community and event participants. Use insights to enhance our outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Track Activities: Monitor and report on outreach activities and engagement metrics. Provide regular updates on successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Advocate for Seniors: Act as a spokesperson for senior advocacy issues. Share stories, raise awareness, and drive support for initiatives that benefit seniors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Public Outreach: Demonstrate a background in public relations, marketing, or community engagement with a proven ability to promote a brand effectively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Adapt messaging to suit various audiences and platforms.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community. Exhibit strong networking abilities.
  • Event Representation Skills: Represent the organization confidently at public events and engagements. Engage with diverse groups and effectively convey our mission.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Utilize social media platforms to promote our message and engage with followers. Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
  • Passion for Advocacy: Exhibit a strong commitment to senior advocacy and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. Track activities and report on outcomes accurately.
