  • Comprehensive Health Assessment: Our Senior Advocates conduct an in-depth health check that covers physical condition, mobility, nutrition, and home safety. The assessment can be completed in-person or remotely based on the senior’s preference. Typically, a health check lasts 1 to 2 hours and covers all critical aspects of physical health.
  • Identifying Health Risks: During the assessment, if we detect any concerns, such as untreated medical conditions, mobility risks, or nutritional deficiencies, we provide immediate recommendations or referrals to healthcare professionals for further evaluation and treatment.
  • Discussion and Recommendations: After the assessment, our Senior Advocates review the findings with the senior and/or their family members. We offer personalized health recommendations and provide resources for medical care, physical therapy, nutrition, or any other areas of need.
  • Follow-up Support: The "Your Health" service includes ongoing support. Our Senior Advocates remain in contact with the senior, offering health guidance and adjustments to ensure they continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle over time.
