- Medical Emergencies: In cases requiring urgent medical care, we may need to share health information with emergency medical teams or hospitals to provide appropriate treatment.
Additionally, we may need to cooperate with local, state, and federal authorities conducting investigations related to elder neglect, abuse or fraud. Membership status, whether active or inactive, does not affect our obligation to cooperate with these authorities. We ensure any such sharing complies with applicable laws and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality.

While we take extensive steps to safeguard our servers and systems, absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of cybersecurity threats.

If an employee, volunteer, partner, or sponsor breaches our data protection protocols, we take immediate and decisive action. For intentional misconduct or negligence, we implement corrective measures, including potential disciplinary actions, termination of employment or ending partnerships and sponsorships.
